TRAINING SEMINAR FOR INDUSTRY EXPERTS

A 5-day training seminar on "Assessment in the CBT methodology" was held for employers and industry specialists in MSCs of Khujand, Bokhtar, Vose district, as well as in the JCs in Rogun and Dangara district. The goal of the seminar is to train independent assessors in an innovative methodology of competency-based education at the expense of employers in the industry.

During the seminar, employers were introduced to the concept of the CBT methodology, its differences from the traditional system, competency-based assessment, its planning and implementation, assessment methods and tools, development of assessment tools, as well as the participation of employers in the assessment.

It is worth noting that in the CBT methodology, employers play a key role in the assessment, and in the changing conditions of the labor market, their requirements are taken into account, and graduates of the centers undergo training that meets the needs of the industry.
At the same time, the participants of the seminar will be awarded a certificate of an expert in the assessment of professional competence.
