CONGRATULATIONS

On April 1, 2026, at the final meeting of the 2025 investment projects, the management team of the "Skills and Employability Enhancement Project" was awarded the Asian Development Bank's Certificate of Appreciation for its effective and innovative work in project management, among other projects financed by the Asian Development Bank. It is worth noting that this is the fifth consecutive year that the project has received this award. This is the first time in the history of Asian Development Bank-financed projects that a project has achieved this result for five consecutive years.

The Certificate of Appreciation was presented by Ko Sakamoto, Resident Representative of the Asian Development Bank, and Yusufzoda Farrukh, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, to Daler Safarov, Project Manager.

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Labor, Migration, and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, as the implementing body, made a significant contribution to this unique achievement. The project management team for "Improving Professional Skills and Employability" expresses gratitude to the Ministry of Labor, Migration, and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan for its ongoing support and fruitful collaboration.
