As it became clear from their speech, explanatory work to attract those wishing to master professions is carried out in rural communities, cities and districts, at job fairs. Learning foreign languages, especially Korean and English, as a profession has attracted special attention from citizens. It is worth noting that along with vocational training, citizens also acquire life or social skills, such as teamwork, conflict resolution, time management, financial literacy and information and communication technology. In conclusion, the heads of each center were given specific instructions to attract more citizens to vocational training, improve the level and quality of education, and monitor the process of industrial training and internships.
