2-DAY SEMINAR ON THE FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEE PROFESSIONS

On May 26-27, 2022, in the training hall of the Project Administration Group of «Skills and Employability Enhancement Project», was held a two-day seminar on developing functional maps of the professions «Guide with knowledge of languages», «Head of small (dehkan) farm» and «Electrician» with the participation of experts from ministries and agencies, associations and industry employers.

Based on the results of this seminar, functional maps for the above-mentioned professions have been developed, based on them competency standards, programs and educational materials have been developed and approved, and they will be used in the Job Centers.

It is important to note that «Skills and Employability Enhancement Project» is implemented in the priority sectors of the economy: energy, agriculture, tourism and construction. Depending on the priority sectors of the economy, the development of programs and educational materials for short-term training courses of professional skills and their use in the Job Centers for the development of planned skills are trained in specialty of designer, gardener, fruit and vegetable processor, agricultural machinery repairer, farm manager, overhead power line installer and repairer, solar energy equipment installer, electric meter repairer, hotel waiter, waiter, hotel administrator, restaurant administrator and guide with knowledge of languages.
