Skills and Employability Enhancement Project

A SEMINAR ON SOFT SKILLS WAS CONDUCTED

From November 12-14, 2025, a seminar was held on soft skills development and retraining for Russian and English language teachers from centers, as well as skills development, as part of the " Skills and Employability Enhancement Project".
As part of the project, the program and training materials were prepared by facilitators/developers and underwent industry review by relevant enterprises and agencies (i.e., employers). It is worth noting that all materials were developed using an innovative competency-based training methodology.
Competency-based training (CBT) is an innovative method that ensures high-quality training for specialists in the workplace through the acquisition of the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities—that is, the competencies required in the workplace to perform tasks and solve problems in standard situations and in a changing environment. It is important that this methodology instills in employees a responsible attitude toward high-quality work performance. Therefore, according to the CBT methodology, significant importance is placed on the combination of knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes during employee training.
