BIDS

1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Skills and Employability Enhancement Project (SEEP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

2. Bidders may bid for one, combination, or all lots, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so provided those discounts are included in the Bid Submission Sheet.

3. Ministry of Labour, Migration and Employment of Population of the Republic of Tajikistan (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for supply of Goods for Bokhtar Migration Service Center (Furniture, Equipment and Training Materials). Delivery period is 90 days from Contract Signing Date.

4. Open competitive bidding (national) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

5. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding:
