TRAININGS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF “SKILLS AND EMPLOYABILITY ENHANCEMENT PROJECT”

Along with Job Centers in the cities of Dushanbe, Rogun and Dangara District, as well as Migrants Service Centers in the cities of Khujand, Bokhtar and Vose District will be built, and there will be provided migration trainings, short language courses and basic professional skills for migrants to find better jobs in the professions of welder, painter and electric.
At the same time, these centers will provide trainings on financial literacy and information and communication technology to facilitate access to social security information.
Educational programs and modules are developed and implemented on the basis of competence-based training methodology, especially on the basis of materials developed and tested within the framework of “Strengthening technical - vocational education and training” for short-term courses. It is worth to note that the program and educational materials are adapted to the needs of the local labor market in order to provide practical experience in the workplace.
Also, as part of the implementation of the Project, test trainings on cultural skills are contemplated. Moreover, within the framework of the Project implementation plan, it is planned to organize and hold a number of seminars and trainings for the employees of the Ministry and its infrastructure institutions, developers of educational materials, employees of Job Centers and Migrants Service Centers.
