EMPLOYEES OF THE "ADULT TRAINING

As part of the "Skill and Employability Enhancement Project", a 5-day training seminar on "Strengthening the Assessment and Certification System" was conducted for the staff of the State Institution "Adult Education Center of Tajikistan" and its branches located in cities and districts of the Republic of Tajikistan.

During the seminar, project specialists informed participants about the innovative CBT methodology (Standards of competency , Plan, and Modular Programs), the legal basis of competency-based learning, quality assurance and qualifications recognition systems, research on qualification approval and retraining of labor migrants, implementation of the "Classification of Professions of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "List of Professions and Tasks of the Republic of Tajikistan," competency-based assessment, comparison of traditional and competency-based assessment, preliminary, midterm, and final assessment, and other topics.

At the end of each day of the seminar, participants discussed the presented topics through brainstorming sessions. Additionally, in group work, participants collectively discussed types of assessment, its principles, methods of evidence collection, and presented the results to others. Certificates were awarded to active participants at the end of the seminar.
