TRAINING FOR MINISTRY WORKERS

A 4-day training on “Using data for labor market analysis and reporting, database-based decision-making system, activities of skill improvement centers and vocational training and service centers” will be held from October 22, 2024, at the Job Center in Dangara district for employees of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Labor and Employment Agency, the Migration Service and the Adult Education Center.

During this training, project specialists presented the following topics to the participants: sources of information in the labor market and mediation in the labor market, labor market analysis in the Republic of Tajikistan, the impact of migration processes on the labor market, the use of the CBT methodology for each profession (specialty), available information on the labor market, the procedure for monitoring and assessing the state of the labor market, etc.

It was also noted that the experience of the employees of the ministry system is indispensable in promoting the activities of the centers, especially when creating training courses on the new system.
