IN MIGRATION SERVICE CENTER

TRAINING FOR THE STAFF OF THE MINISTRY
AND ITS STRUCTURE IN THE CITY OF BOKHTAR
A series of four-day trainings from October 28, 2024 will be held in the Center for Vocational Training and Services of the city of Bokhtar, Khatlon region "On the use of data for analysis and reporting on the labor market, the decision-making system based on the database, the activities of skill improvement centers and vocational training and service centers" for the employees of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Labor and Employment Agency, the Migration Service and the Adult Education Center.
The project specialists presented the participants with the concept and content of the training in the following areas: sources of information in the labor market and mediation in the labor market, analysis of the labor market in the Republic of Tajikistan, the impact of migration on labor market processes, the application of the CBT methodology for each profession (specialty), available information on the labor market, procedures for monitoring and assessing the state of the labor market, etc. It is worth noting that similar trainings are planned in the city of Khujand for employees of the structures of the Ministry of Sughd Region and in the city of Rogun for employees of the structures of the Ministry of RRP Ai of the city of Dushanbe.
