Skills and Employability Enhancement Project

MEETING AT THE MINISTRY OF HUMAN FORCES OF INDONESIA

The project team "Improving Professional Skills and Employability" completed a business trip to the Republic of Indonesia to study the experience of implementing competency-based learning methodology in the initial vocational education system.
The business trip began with a meeting with the Ministry of Human Resources of the Republic of Indonesia. During the meeting, the project team was presented with Indonesia's successful experience in implementing competency-based learning methodology in the initial vocational and technical education system, developing human skills, strengthening the interaction of educational institutions with the labor market and employers using Indonesia as an example, and other important issues were discussed.
In turn, the project team informed the representatives of the Ministry of Human Resources of the Republic of Indonesia about the project and its activities.
As part of the trip, such meetings are planned with other structures of the Ministry of Human Resources of the Republic of Indonesia, educational institutions and manufacturing enterprises to exchange experiences and ideas.
