TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE MINISTRY AND ITS STRUCTURES

From November 26 to 29, 2024, in the Miration Center in Khujand, Sughd Region, held a training course on “Using data for analyzing and reporting on the labor market, a decision-making system based on the database, the activities of advanced training centers and vocational training and service centers” for employees of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Labor and Employment Agency, the Migration Service and the Adult Education Center.
The project participants were given instructions on: sources of information in the labor market and mediation in the labor market, analysis of the labor market in the Republic of Tajikistan, the impact of migration processes on the labor market, the use of TAS. The methodology for each profession (specialty), available sources of information in the labor market, the procedure for monitoring and assessing the state of the labor market, etc. were presented.
It is worth noting that due to the large number of cities and districts in this region, the employees of the ministry system were divided into two groups in order to fully participate in the training. Such training is planned for the second group in December of this year.
