COORDINATING COUNCIL OF DONORS AND DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS IN THE FIELD OF LABOR, MIGRATION AND EMPLOYMENT

On April 13 of this year, the Coordination Council of Donors and Development Partners in the field of labor, migration and employment was held at the HAYAT REGENCY Hotel in Dushanbe.

The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Mrs. Matlubakhon Sattoriyon, Minister of labor, migration and employment of the Republic of Tajikistan Mrs. Amonzoda Shirin, development partners and representatives of ministries and agencies. During the speech, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan expressed her satisfaction on the cooperation with the Asian Development Bank, the United Nations Organization in Tajikistan, the International Labor Organization and other development partners in the implementation of projects in the field of labor, migration and employment.

The Minister of labor, migration and employment of the Republic of Tajikistan Amonzoda Shirin presented in her speech the approach to the development of the Road Map of the Ministry of labor, migration and employment of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2022-2026 years and expressed her vision on the development of primary vocational education, regulation of labor relations, internal, external and environmental migration, promotion of the employment of unemployed citizens, as well as the development of remote employment and other pressing issues.

Along with this, the Deputy Minister of labor, migration and employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, Shahnoza Nodiri, made a speech on the process of digitalization of internal and external migration accounting.

During the forum, the participants discussed both perspectives and expressed their opinions on the topics presented. Development partners and donors evaluated the road map of the Ministry of labor, migration and employment of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2022-2026 and expressed their readiness to support its implementation.
