On January 22, 2025, the 7th meeting of the Interdepartmental Steering Committee for the implementation of the project "Improving Professional Skills and Employability" of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was held in the conference room of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan under the leadership of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee, the Minister of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan - Kholmahmadzoda Solekhi.
During this meeting, the project manager - Safarov Daler reported to the committee members on the progress of the project: the state of construction of the Skills Improvement Center in Dushanbe, the conduct of training courses, the process of attracting women and youth to vocational training and other daily information.
It is worth noting that training in vocational training and service centers and skills improvement centers is conducted according to the competency-based learning methodology.
Competency-based learning methodology (CBL) is an innovative methodology that ensures high-quality training of working specialists for work by acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, i.e. competencies necessary in working conditions to perform tasks and solve problems in standard situations and changing conditions. It is important that this methodology forms a responsible attitude in the employee towards high-quality performance of work. That is, according to the OOK methodology, serious importance is attached to the totality of knowledge, skills, abilities and abilities when training an employee.
The members of the committee, representing the relevant ministries and departments, expressed their readiness to facilitate the involvement of citizens of the republic from various fields in professional training in vocational training and service centers and skill improvement centers.
In conclusion, the deputy chairman of the committee gave instructions and directions to the responsible persons on solving existing problems and their solutions.
