VISIT OF THE DELEGATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION FROM THE JOB CENTER

On April 9, 2025, a delegation of the Working Group of the Russian Federation visited our republic, consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Labor and Employment, specialized structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, other enterprises and production organizations to discuss issues of employment, labor migration and labor force assessment. As part of the visit, the guests visited the Job Center in the Dangara District of the project "Skills and Employability Enahancement Projects". During the visit, representatives of the delegation of the Russian Federation got acquainted with the activities of the center, in particular, with the process of professional training, the conditions created in the center, classrooms, professional workshops in the specialties of "Vegetable and Fruit Processor", "Agricultural Machinery Repairman", the main building and the hostel. The attention of the guests was attracted by the Russian language room. Each classroom of the center is equipped with interactive / smart boards for theoretical classes. This provides an excellent opportunity to broadcast and use video materials during lessons via the Internet. The project specialists presented the delegation of the Russian Federation with an overview of the project content, skill development centers, vocational training centers and services. In particular, it was noted that, in addition to 18 labor professions, the Project also provides pre-departure employment consultations, providing information on the rules of stay, legislation, customs, culture, rights and obligations of the employee and employer when concluding labor contracts in the country of immigration. At the same time, citizens are also provided with interpersonal communication skills: teamwork, conflict resolution, time management, financial literacy training, information and communication technologies for using secure applications for money transfers, and personal data security on the Internet. In addition, the centers provide basic training in foreign languages: Russian, English and Korean within each profession. At the end of the visit, the guests expressed their opinion on further strengthening mutually beneficial relations.
