SEMINAR ON "ASSESSMENT IN CBT"

From December 8 to 12, 2025, a training seminar for employers on "Assessment within the Framework of the CBT Methodology" was held in the training room of the "Skills and Employability Enhancement Project" in Dushanbe.

During the seminar, employers participating in the assessment of the professional skills of beneficiaries of the Center for Skills Development, Vocational Training, and Services in Dushanbe were introduced to the concept and content of competency-based education methodology, competency standards, programs and modules based on it, the quality assurance and qualifications recognition system, research on qualification validation and retraining of migrant workers, the role of employers in CBT-based training and assessment, and the benefits of competency-based assessment for employers and employees.

Employers who actively participated in the seminar and successfully completed competency-based training were awarded certificates.
