IN IT-PARK OF DUSHANBE JOB &

On December 18, 2025, a job fair and opportunities presentation were held at the IT Park in Dushanbe. The fair was attended by the Minister of Labor, Migration, and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, Soleh Kholmahmadzoda, First Deputy Minister Nasim Karimzoda, and Deputy Minister Abduramkhon Ashuralizoda. Specialists from the "Skills and Employability Enhancement Project"  and consultants from the Center for Skills Development, Vocational Training, and Services in Dushanbe also participated in the fair, informing citizens about the services provided by the centers. Participants learned about vocational training courses, professional development, language learning, and soft skills training.
It's worth noting that training at the project centers is conducted using an innovative, competency-based methodology, with a strong emphasis on practical knowledge and skills, abilities, and work ethic.

Anyone interested can enroll in vocational training courses at any of the Project centers completely free of charge and receive a certificate upon completion. Scholarships are also provided to women and girls who have mastered non-traditional professions and started their own businesses.
