MEETING OF THE PUBLIC COMMISSION

   On September 14, 2022, a meeting of the Public Commission for the Regulation of Traditions and Holidays was held in the Project Management Group “Improving Professional Skills and Employment Opportunities” of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan.
   Deputy Chairman of the Public Commission, project manager - Safarov Daler began the meeting and noted the importance of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the regulation of traditions, holidays and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan” and noted the concern of the Founder of national peace and unity - Leader of the nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon about preventing wastefulness and improving the social situation of the population when adopting this law.
   During the meeting, the main provisions of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the regulation of traditions, holidays and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan”, articles 5.1, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, including the celebration of “Birthday” were discussed , “Funeral ceremonies”, “Weddings”, “Hajj ceremonies” of this law, and the responsibility of the population in case of violation of the provisions of this law was explained.
It was proposed to follow the wise policy of the Founder of peace and national unity - the Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon, within the framework of the requirements of this Law, and not to be neutral for its compliance by family and close relatives. Because ignorance of the law does not exempt you from responsibility.
