A SEMINAR WAS HELD

                                    SEMINAR ON THE LABOR MARKET

   On December 22, 2022, the Ministry of Labor, Migration, and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan hosted a seminar titled "The Labor Market and its Characteristics in the Contemporary Socio-economic Development of the Republic of Tajikistan." This seminar was conducted by specialists from the Project Administration Group for the Skills and Employability Enhancement Project for employees of the Ministry and the Labor and Employment Agency.

   During the seminar, participants discussed the current state of the domestic labor market, the mechanisms of labor market functioning, and the challenges faced by both employers and job seekers. It is worth noting that with the steady advancement of science and technology, the demand for certain professions has decreased, creating a need for new occupations. At the same time, in order to remain competitive in the labor market, every individual must continuously develop their knowledge and skills and be prepared to adapt to changing circumstances.
