OVERVIEW OF GENDER ISSUES IN THE PROJECT
On February 24, 2023, a meeting was held in the Project Management Group “Skills and Employability Enhancement Project” to discuss issues related to gender in education and gender sensitivity.
At this meeting, the project’s gender expert, Rasulova Nisso, spoke and presented the gender issues that are taken into account within the project. During her speech, Rasulova, in particular, noted that unemployed women will be attracted to training courses to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills, taking into account special conditions for them in the skill development centers that will be built and put into operation within the project.
During the presentation, this issue was discussed by the project staff.
