CONDUCTING TRAINING IN KHUJAND CITY

TRAINING WAS HELD IN KHUJAND
On March 6-7 and 9-10, 2023, a training on the topic "Assessment of the labor market of the Republic of Tajikistan and prospects for socio-economic development" was held in Khujand by project specialists for employees of the Labor and Employment Agency and branches of the "Adult Education Center of Tajikistan" from cities and districts of the Sughd region.
During the above-mentioned training, project specialists provided participants with explanations on the concept and essence of the project, the features and models of the labor market, assessment of the labor market of the Republic of Tajikistan, the role of the methodology of competency-based education in the preparation of the workforce, the Classification of Professions of the Republic of Tajikistan and other topics.
During their speech, project specialists noted, among other things, that the labor market is one of the complex socio-economic categories, which includes various aspects such as employment, creation of new jobs, training of personnel at the level of primary, secondary education, etc.
