TRAINING ON LABOR MARKET ASSESSMENT IN KULOB
On March 13-14, 2023, in Kulob, a training on the topic "Assessment of the labor market of the Republic of Tajikistan and prospects for socio-economic development" was held for employees of the Labor and Employment Agency of cities and districts of Khatlon region by specialists of the project "Skills and Employability Enhancement Project".
The purpose of the training is to familiarize employees of the Labor and Employment Agency with the topics discussed within the framework of the project, for example, the methodology of competency-based training and its role in the preparation of the workforce, the Classification of professions of the Republic of Tajikistan, various models of the labor market and other topics.
During the presentation, the project specialists noted, among other things, that the labor market is one of the complex socio-economic categories, its requirements and offers change every year as science and technology constantly develop, knowledge improves, and the qualifications of workers are of great importance in order to remain competitive in it.
It should be noted that similar trainings have already been held in the city of Khujand in the Sughd region. It is also planned to hold a similar series of trainings in the cities of Bokhtar and Dushanbe.
