FINAL TRAINING ON LABOR MARKET ASSESSMENT IN DUSHANBE CITY

On March 30-31, 2023, the Project Management Unit of the “Skills and Employability Enhancement Project” held the final training “Labor Market Assessment” for employees of the departments of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, departments and divisions of the Agency for Labor and Employment of Dushanbe and subordinate districts of the republic and the Training and Methodological Center and monitoring the quality of education.
The training participants were presented with an overview of the project areas, labor market assessment, the mechanism of the global labor market, the International Standard for the Classification of Occupations - 08, the principles of teaching methods based on the CBT and training workers based on it.
During the training, the participants conducted a SWOT analysis of the local labor market during group work.
It is worth noting that similar trainings were previously held in the cities of Khujand, Kulob and Bokhtar, more than 120 people were trained.
