A SEMINAR ON SOFT SKILLS WAS HELD
On May 18, 2023, a seminar “Soft skills: concept, content and best practices” was held at the office of Bars Consulting for facilitators-developers of competency standards and educational programs.
During the seminar, Joachim Wagner, an international consultant on skills development, gave a presentation on the main skills and noted that the basic skills of this
· Analytical mind;
· Creativity;
· Communication;
· Organizational skills are very important for finding a job.
Soft skills consultant - Vladimir Kosheev presented the audience with the content, the concept of soft skills and world experience in this regard. Kosheev, among other things, revealed the importance and necessity of these skills in professional activities.
It is worth noting that one of the soft skills is:
· Communication,
· Cooperation;
· Emotional intelligence;
· Saving in production,
· Includes ecological thinking and much more.
Depending on the proposed topic, participants discussed the integration of soft skills during group work and presented their findings to others.
