A SEMINAR FOR INDUSTRY WORKING GROUPS WAS HELD.

On May 30-31, 2023, the Project Management Group "Skills and Employability Enhancement Project" held a training seminar for sectoral working groups of relevant ministries and departments, the Union of Employers of Tajikistan and the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Tajikistan.
The specialists told the participants about the Project, the methodology of competency-based training and its role in training workers who meet the requirements of the labor market, theoretical and practical aspects of the International Standard for Classification of Occupations-2008 (ISCO-08), the Classifier of Occupations of the Republic of Tajikistan in priority areas of the national economy, the role of the national qualifications system in addressing the country's strategic goal: expanding productive employment, etc.
The seminar participants prepared a list of key activities specific to the area of ​​​​group work. Also, according to the National Classifier of the Republic of Tajikistan, a general description of professions was prepared. In conclusion, the organized working groups presented the results of the practical activities of the team.
