SEMINAR ON

On November 3, 2023, the Project Management Group "Improving Professional Skills and Employability" held a seminar on "Strengthening Employer Education to Increase Employee Employability through Soft/Life Skills Development" with the participation of representatives of ministries and industry departments, employers and industry associations.
Project Manager - Safarov D., having welcomed the participants, paid special attention to this issue and noted that, among other things, soft/life skills are of great importance in increasing the competitiveness of employees and the development of the enterprise itself.
International and local experts presented to the participants the prospects for introducing soft/life skills into the world of work, a description of soft/life skills and their main categories, the need for soft/life skills for employment and work in various sectors of the economy, as well as international approaches and best practices of soft skills.
It is worth noting that the participants liked the seminar and the topics discussed at it, and each of them analyzed the benefits of using soft skills using the example of their companies in group work.
