ANOTHER ONE SEMINAR

On November 7-8 and 9-10, 2023, a two-group seminar was held on the topic "Planning and managing services in the direction of migration and employment" for employees of the Migration Service and the Labor and Employment Agency of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Sughd region.
During the seminar, specialists from the Management Group of the Project "Skills and Employabillity Enhancement Project" presented an overview of the following topics to the participants: the concept of skill development centers and centers for the provision of services to migrants, the legal basis for the activities of intermediaries in the labor market, effective planning in the field of providing services to migrants, timely training of workers on the basis of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the real needs of the labor market, demand for services to migrants, the influence of its factors, etc.
At the same time, the seminar participants expressed their thoughts on the current state of the labor market, migration in constantly changing conditions and its prospects.
