SEMINAR ON ISCO-08

On November 13-14, 2023, the next seminar "Theory and Practice of ISCO-08 and the Implementation of the Classification of Occupations of the Republic of Tajikistan and the List of Occupations" was held in the city of Kulyab, Khatlon region for representatives of the relevant ministries and departments of the republic, the Union of Employers of Tajikistan, the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Tajikistan and members of industry groups. For the participants of the city of Kulyab, presentations were provided on orientations, on theoretical and practical aspects of the International Standard for the Classification of Occupations-2008: the need to form a national qualifications system, the purpose and purpose of the Classification of Occupations of the Republic. Tajikistan on SBTM-08, the use of SBTM-08 and NQFTsymbols in the development and implementation of materials within the framework of the competency-based training methodology, the need to form and the role of the List of Professions in the implementation of the MKRT and its use in various areas of the national economy, gender aspects in the field of activity, as well as the role of assessing the labor market of Tajikistan in developing the prospects for key macroeconomic indicators by specialists of the Management Group of the Project "Skills and Employability Enhancement Project".
The participants of the seminar actively participated in the discussion of the proposed topics and presented the results of their work to others.
It is worth noting that a similar seminar is also planned to be held in the city of Bokhtar.
