A SEMINAR ON MIGRATION WAS

On November 17-18 and 20-21, 2023, a two-group seminar on the topic "Planning and managing migration and employment services" was held in the city of Kulob, Khatlon region for employees of the Migration Service and the Labor and Employment Agency of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan in Khatlon region. For the participants of the seminar, specialists of the Management Group of the Project "Skills and Employability Enhancement Project" presented presentations on migration, the concepts of the activities of skill development centers and centers for the provision of services to migrants, the legal basis for the activities of intermediaries in the labor market, effective planning in the field of providing services to migrants in the modern world, training of workers on the basis of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the real needs of the labor market, the demand for migrant services and the influence of its factors.
