PRESENTATION OF RESEARCH RESEARCH ON SKILLS

         РRESENTATION OF SKILLS AND EMPLOYMENT RESEARCH RESULTS IN THE TOURISM INDUSTRYOn December 26, 2023, at the Ayni Hall of the Hilton Hotel, a presentation of the results of the "Tourism Skills and Employment Research" took place within the framework of the "Skills and Employability Enhancement Project." The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Labor, Migration, and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, Alizoda Alisher, the project manager for "Skills and Employability Enhancement Project" Daler Safarov, project specialists, representatives of relevant ministries and agencies, and tourism companies.
Alisher Alizoda opened the event and highlighted the necessity and timeliness of the research. The project manager provided attendees with information about the project's goals and objectives.
The research results were presented to the audience by the head of the consulting company "Imkon Consulting," Zamira Samadova, who conducted a detailed analysis with diagrams. During her presentation, Samadova visually explained the methodology, stages of implementation, focus groups, target research groups, and their collaboration. Additionally, she commented on the challenges faced by experts during the research.
It's worth noting that the research was qualitatively prepared, and its results are intended for use by relevant ministries and agencies, tourism companies, educational institutions, and other intrested parties.
