A SEMINAR ON ISCO-08 WAS HELD AT THE PROJECT

On April 30, 2024, in the Training Hall of the Project Management Group "Skills and Employability Enhancement Project", a final seminar was held on the topic "Ways to implement the Classification of Professions of the Republic of Tajikistan and the List of Professions of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Classifier of Occupations of the Republic of Tajikistan" with the participation of representatives of relevant ministries and departments, the Union of Employers of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Tajikistan, members of industry working groups. During the seminar, project specialists presented to the participants modern and innovative ways and methods of training and retraining labor professions in short-term courses and organizing modern and favorable learning conditions, the goals and content of the development, approval and implementation of the vocational education and training program and expected results, the requirements of the national qualifications system, the role of the CBTmethodology in preparing the workforce in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, compliance with gender aspects in the development, approval and implementation of the CO, etc. The topics presented to the participants were brainstormed and ideas were exchanged during group work.
