PARTICIPATION IN THE FORUM

On May 14, 2024, the International Forum on Human Capital Development kicked off at the National Library of Tajikistan with the participation of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan - Dilrabo Mansuri, the Minister of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan - Gulnora Hasanzoda, the leadership of ministries and departments and development partners. The forum discussed the important role of social protection, building human capital in the context of financial constraints, ensuring access to quality education and early childhood care, and achieving change through advocacy and innovation.
As part of the forum, participants were presented with investment project boards. The board of the project "Skills and Employabillity and Enhacement Project" professional skills and employment opportunities" was presented, which included a welding simulator, a board of practical classes in electrical engineering, projects for buildings of skill development centers and centers for the provision of services to migrants, professional competency standards, programs and educational modules.
The duration of the forum is two days, and the purpose of its holding is to build human capital in limited financial conditions.
