IN JOB CENTER OF DANGARA DISTRICT

On June 21, 2024, a seminar on “Involving Women in Vocational Training at the Job Center in Dangara District” was held at the Job Center in Dangara district with the participation of young people and activists of public organizations from all over the country.
Project Manager Daler Safarov opened the seminar and noted the role of women and girls in the development of society. In his speech, the manager, among other things, noted that within the framework of the center’s activities, involving women and girls in training in labor professions is free of charge, and a pilot scholarship program is also planned for them.
Also at the seminar, project specialists familiarized the participants with the innovative CBT methodology, compete standardsncy, training program and modules, gender aspects of migration, the project implementation process, the activities of Job Centers, and the principles of gender sensitivity in training.
The purpose of the seminar is to attract women and young people to professions in skill improvement centers for the agricultural sector of Dangara district, for the energy sector in Rogun city and for the tourism sector in Dushanbe city. The seminar participants were also shown the conditions of the classrooms, software, training workshops, dormitory conditions for beneficiaries, a child care center, etc.
